Audiologist - Creston
ASI Audiology is looking for a new Audiologist to join our team. We are an established group of Audiology Clinics in Southwest Iowa and have been in business for over 35 years. We pride ourselves on serving people with hearing loss living in small communities. Our audiologists and hearing instrument specialists frequently travel long distances to provide hearing care to towns from Harlan to Corydon.
We are looking for someone to be a primary dispenser at several of our clinics in the Southwest Iowa area. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable with the entire patient process including diagnosis, patient counseling, hearing aid fitting, and sales. We are dedicated to ensuring every patient is able to hear as well as they should.
Your everyday tasks will include seeing patients with hearing loss, administering hearing tests, and fitting hearing aids. We work out of multiple clinics in the Southwest Iowa area and travel to the different clinics will be necessary.
Ability to perform Hearing Tests including Speech Recognition Threshold (SRT), Air and Bone Conduction, and learn other tests as necessary
Must be comfortable fitting hearing aids
Demonstrate follow-up over multiple appointments to ensure patients are hearing
Manage offices effectively and supervise Patient Care Coordinators
Maintain records and patient notes
Have Iowa Dispensing License, or be able to receive one in a timely manner

Patient Care Coordinator - West Des Moines
ASI Audiology is looking for a new Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. We are an established group of Audiology Clinics in Southwest, Central, and Northwest Iowa and have been in business for over 35 years. We pride ourselves on serving people with hearing loss living in small communities. Our audiologists and hearing instrument specialists frequently travel long distances to provide hearing care to towns throughout the state of Iowa.
We are looking for a person who has great patient facing skills and who is passionate about helping people. You must have a warm, friendly personality and be able to speak with purpose on the phone. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, maintaining patient records, keeping track of clinic inventory, and receiving payment for goods and services.
Must be comfortable on the phone.
Computer Knowledge is required.
Excellent Customer Service ability.
Must exercise Patient Confidentiality.
Availability to travel to nearby clinics when needed.
Ability to type 30 words a minute.
Required license or certification:
